For most of our shows doors open 60 minutes before the listed show time. Check our social media on the day of your show for exact times! 

To make entry as quick as possible, we only allow CLEAR plastic/vinyl tote bags (no bigger than 12” x 6” x 12”), and/or small clutch bags (6”x 9”). The small clutch bags don’t need to be clear. We don’t allow any other type of bag.

• Weapons of any kind - knives, guns, mace, pepper gas or any other item deemed a potential weapon
• Alcohol 
• Illegal drugs/substances
• Glass or metal, cans or bottles (regardless of contents)
• Hard sided/large coolers
• All bags larger than 12” x 6” x 12”
• All bags larger than 6" x 9" that are not clear
• Large or oversized bags/backpacks, such as luggage, duffel bags, or industrial/camping-sized backpacks
• Hydration packs
• Laser pointers
• Signs, posters, flags, or banners of ANY size
• Selfie sticks
• Animals (except service animals)
• Fireworks or other incendiary devices
• Balloons
• Any other item that may pose a threat to other guests, staff or performers
• Umbrellas that don't collapse

Yes, your bag will be searched when you enter. You have the right to refuse a bag search, and we have the right to refuse entry. If you have any items that aren’t allowed in the venue, put them back in your vehicle.

No, Leader Bank Pavilion does not offer on site parking. However, parking is available for Leader Bank Pavilion patrons at the Seaport Hotel Garage within a short walk of the Pavilion. The Seaport Hotel Garage can be accessed from Seaport Boulevard. The Seaport Boulevard entrance is at the intersection of Seaport Boulevard and B Street, three blocks before the Leader Bank Pavilion.  Additionally, Leader Bank Pavilion has partnered with ParkWhiz to offer other easy and reliable options. You can’t get a refund, but you can sell your tickets to another fan via your Live Nation account. 

If your show was canceled or moved by more than two hours you can get a refund. Head to www.livenation.com/refund for the full info. If you got your tickets at our box office, send an email to leaderbankpavilion@livenation.com.

If the doors are open, so is will call. Make sure to bring a photo ID and the credit card you used to buy the tickets. If you have a meet and greet check-in time, you can also pick them up then. Even if you’re on the artist’s guestlist, you’ll need to wait until door time.

You’ll have to talk to wherever you bought the tickets from to change ownership. If you’re a radio contest winner, guest of someone in the band, or a VIP, touch base with your original contact and they’ll talk to us about any changes.

Nope. We don’t do in-and-outs, so make sure not to leave unless you’re definitely done enjoying the show.

Yes, but only in the designated smoking section. We ask that you consider the people around you when smoking, and don’t smoke in the reserved seating areas.

Yes, as long as it’s a personal point-and-shoot camera, or on your cellphone. You can’t bring a professional camera or a camera with detachable lenses, without a valid media pass.

If you’re still at the event, email leaderbankpavilion@livenation.com and we’ll see if it’s been turned in.

If the day of the event has passed, ask here. We’ll look into it and get back to you within 48 hours.

Leader Bank Pavilion isn’t responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

We hold onto lost items for 30 days.

The venue has a variety of delicious food and beverage options available for purchase.  Please note that items and pricing are subject to change from event to event.
